Sarah is a principle who provides specialist branding, briefing and facilities planning skills. She also leads Dasch’s ongoing research and development initiatives. Sarah’s research focuses on workplace design and organisational cultures. Combined with her experience as a designer, Sarah contributes to conceptual design and strategy development of the most flexible, positive working environments. Her clear and direct communication skills are a key aspect of the brand development and briefing process.
Sarah ensures client’s workplace identity; needs and work processes are documented in a systematic and comprehensive fashion. Sarah’s experience is in the development of the initial brief and facility planning process to create a strong foundation for the project to grow.

Paul is a skilled financial professional who brings leadership and oversight to Dasch. Responsible for financial management and developing and maintaining our commercial and contractual relationships. A strong and energetic leader who drives both value and commercial outcomes for the practice and its business partners. As the Practice Manager, Paul looks after all accounting and management functions, maintains procedures in accordance with company policies and ensures that the business complies with statutory requirements such as taxation and corporate law. As well as being actively involved in marketing, media, and practice development. Paul has a keen insight into the mind of the designers and uses this understands of their idiosyncrasies within our design projects and practices
