Located at the start of St Kilda Rd adjacent the St Kilda Junction the existing building is a well known landmark which was the head quarters for Cadbury Schweppes for many years.

With the long term tenants moving out of the building the owners, GE Capital saw the opportunity to upgrade and rebrand their building investment.

The brief for Dasch was simple. Bring the building into the 21 st century by opening up the view from St Kilda Rd with a modern open fore court which was to include the latest landscaping techniques and architectural materials to once again bring in the people of Melbourne into one of it’s oldest and well known buildings.
