After the successful office design project in Melbourne, Beca sought the expertise of Dasch Associates to invigorate the office culture in their Sydney location.Relocating from Parramatta to the CBD, the new office needed to align with the vision and values portrayed in the Melbourne office design while embodying the essence of the Beca brand, encompassing "Partnership, Tenacity, Enjoyment& Care."

The single-level office fit out was meticulously crafted to fulfil the client's brief, emphasising their core values and brand identity. To promote communication and visibility among the team, an open-plan working environment was implemented, fostering a collaborative atmosphere. Additionally, breakout areas were strategically activated to encourage interaction and creativity throughout the office space. The overall design aimed to exemplify the essence of Beca's culture and aspirations, creating a harmonious blend of functionality and brand representation.
