Beca is one of the largest employee-owned engineering and related consultancy services. They contacted Dasch Associates to energise their Melbourne office situated over three floors and improve the office culture.

The existing office did not portray the vision and values of the Beca brand and they wanted the new design and feel to reflect “Partnership, Tenacity, Enjoyment and Care”.

This three level office fitout aims to meet the client’s brief, values and brand by providing a new interconnecting and interactive stair, encouraging communication and visibility with an open plan working environment and activating breakout areas.
