Dasch Associates were engaged to upgrade the entry lobby of this building and the common areas to 5 levels of commercial tenancy. This project involved bringing the entry lobby back to life and refocusing the tenancy common areas entries and providing modernised and efficient amenities for existing and new tenants. 

The entry lobby was designed to connect the outside in with a large graphic alluding to the tree street scape outside the building and bringing in a timber deck and seating area at the front entry and softer seating further back.  A direct pathway leads from the entry door to the lifts at the back of entry lobby providing clear way-finding into the building.
